Sailing Event Days
Take for granted our well-maintained yachts and our focus on providing a safe but exhilarating sailing experience.
The Frontline Sailing team are expert suppliers of company and group sailing days. We make our events great fun whether for seasoned sailors or complete novices (95% of our clients have never been sailing before).
We vary the degree of involvement and competitive action to suit your style. It is easiest to think of these sailing days as splitting between competitive Race events or more laid-back Luxury Sailing days.
Team building & Company reward days
What better way to get your team to bond than working together out on the open sea?
Fun, challenging and exhilarating are just some of the words that teams we've taken out on the water have used. Absolutely no experience is needed, but whilst the emphasis is on fun we also take safety very seriously.
The day starts with a thorough boat familiarisation from your Skipper and once settled on board you and your team will be fully involved in the sailing - taking the helm, setting the sails, tacking and gybeing. A team building day with Frontline Sailing is all about involvement. You don't just watch the action - you're part of it.
We provide an environment that encourages team work, boosts confidence and rewards innovation and determination.
A fun Champagne prize giving rounds off a great day for all.
Impress your clients in style with delicious lunches on board or the opportunity to entertain at important yacht clubs in the area.
Inviting a client to an event that your company organizes is a highly effective way to promote networking, You have all day face to face with them!
Branding our yachts and team clothing with you logo, plus our superb attention to detail, will heighten your company’s profile and will ensure a day that is highly entertaining.
Sailing Day Itinerary
Days start with a safety briefing that leads into showing how everything works on the boat - familiarising everyone with the environment.
We then leave the dock and spend the morning showing you how to operate the boat. We don't bog you down in sailing jargon, we keep it simple, and everyone takes a turn at Helming (steering the boat).
Allocated into teams guests work through different jobs and manoeuvres on the boat.
After a lunch stop (on-board or on-shore), the afternoon is focused on what you're most interested in, be it racing or casual sailing.
Everyone is ultimately free to do as little or as much as they want - our Skippers are there to do it all if need be! But when it comes to racing, teams get to race the boats themselves, with the skippers guidance.
Rib Treasure Hunt
Looking for something that provides huge amounts of fun and excitement on the water? Then a Rib Treasure Hunt is just perfect for you.

We will organise the Rib Treasure Hunt to match exactly what you're looking for, and fit it into the time and budget you have available (half days and short events to fit around corporate events can be organised) - please do just talk to us!
