Join us for this exciting challenge

The Fastnet Race run by The Royal Ocean Racing Club is renown as being one of the premier yacht races. 608 miles starting off The Royal Yacht Squadron Isle of Wight finishing at Plymouth.

With Frontline Sailing you can join a professionally run campaign and learn to race one of our Beneteau 40.7's. You will take an active part in all aspects of sailing this fast cruiser / racer.

The organising club RORC, insist that yachts and crew wishing to compete must prequalify by:

  • The yacht / skipper / crew must complete 300 miles in offshore races as a team in the 12 months before the race

  • Team members must undergo a sea survival course.

  • Have two crew with first aid certificates


We have a package for the race that includes

  • ISAF Survival course

  • 2 training weekends

  • 3 RORC races

  • Race entry Fee’s

  • All food eaten on-board

  • Rolex Fastnet 2009 Crew Shirts

  • All boat costs including mooring fee's, gas and diesel used

  • Fastnet Race
