We have it on good authority that you have to take the throttle off at speeds approaching 35 knots, which actually exceeds most motor yachts.
The list of wins and places on the race circuit, both locally and internationally are too many to list but if you would like to experience sailing on this pedigree yacht then she is available for corporate cruising day outs or for racing.
This kevlar composite yacht provides the opportunity to sample the thrills of the ocean that have been illustrated recently by the likes of Eleanor McArthur and Rob Golding. She is superbly equipped for racing with electronic wizardry second to none, and a carbon/kevlar sail wardrobe to die for.
Venom is oozing with carbon fibre spars, masts etc. to keep that weight ratio down to an absolute minimum. Her twin wheel system allows the skipper to get the ultimate performance, at all times. Safety is paramount on this yacht - she complies with the RORC guidelines for a race yacht of this calibre, and carries all the latest safety equipment.
This yacht needs to be sailed with a minimum crew of 18. Your corporate crew will therefore not exceed 12 with our fixed crew of 6 unless they have had previous experience of sailing a large yacht.
